Automatic Tire Pressure Monitoring System
The IoT Automatic Tire Pressure Monitoring System (IoT-ATPMS) monitors pressure and temperature of conveyor tires in demanding environments such as automatic grip cable car stations, amusement rides, and industrial plants.
The system is based exclusively on industrial-grade components to ensure high reliability and long-term operational stability.
Key features:
Pressure & temperature monitoring · Industrial-grade sensors · SCADA visualization · Automatic alarm system · Local & remote access

IoT Vibration Monitoring System
The IoT Vibration Monitoring System (IoT-VMS) enables high-resolution monitoring of vibration data using a large number of distributed sensors. In addition to vibration, the system supports other sensor types such as temperature, liquid flow, and power measurement.
Sensor data can be collected from various locations and networks, independent of the transmission method, including SIM modem, Wi-Fi, optical fibre, or other communication technologies. A central Data Collector Server processes incoming data, evaluates data frames, and performs pre-processing for further analysis.
A real-time analysis module continuously supervises system health, monitors data availability, and triggers alarms in case of irregularities. A dedicated SCADA interface provides visualization of system status and operational data.
Key features:
Multi-sensor data acquisition · Flexible communication interfaces · Central data processing · Real-time monitoring & alarms · SCADA visualization

Wireless Safety Power & Data Transmission System
The Wireless Safety Power & Data Transmission (WAPDT) system enables remote control and monitoring of safety contacts through coil coupling technology, allowing safe switching of power supply while transmitting safety-relevant data to the control system.
The solution is designed for specialized industrial automation applications, including autonomous fleet handling, cableway installations, and amusement rides, such as monitoring and controlling cabin door status.
Building on experience from an existing RFID-based system already in operation, the WAPDT project focuses on increasing system availability and reliability. Multiple transmission concepts and application variants are currently under development.
Key features:
Wireless safety data transmission · Coil coupling technology · Industrial automation applications · High availability design · Flexible system configurations

Independent SCADA Visualization via OPC-UA
This project implements an independent SCADA system operating in parallel to a main plant SCADA, enabling autonomous visualization of plant parameters without interfering with operational control systems.
Plant data is accessed through a dedicated OPC-UA server with its own database, allowing the independent SCADA to operate fully decoupled from the primary control infrastructure. This architecture enables unrestricted extensions, further developments, and secure remote access.
The solution supports web-based visualization as well as access via smartphones and tablets, providing operators with flexible and efficient tools for monitoring, control, and remote surveillance.
Key features:
Parallel independent SCADA · OPC-UA based data access · Separate database architecture · Web & mobile visualization · Secure remote access
